Take everything you think you know about crypto and poop it in the toilet. Shout between the stalls to your neighbor to show your support for their struggle. Light a match to cover up the Taco Bell token you bought earlier. Give a congratulatory hoot when you flush and finish. This is my anti-professional crypto channel. I‘m just a a barely sane dude who fell down the cryptocurrency rabbit hole. This channel is my fumbling attempt to communicate myself outside of my own head about my journey in the crypto space.

Web 3.0 basics with OpenCurrnt.io - Episode 01 - Evolution of the Web
Monday May 16, 2022
Monday May 16, 2022
This is the first video in partnership with OpenCurrnt.io where I go over some of the fundamentals of web 3.0. Quite often in my morning show videos I find myself spending a large amount of time explaining basic concepts for the audience and it seems to take a really long time to get to the point. I know I am guilty of rambling anyway, as that is just the way I am, but I thought it would help to make some video specifically covering the basics. OpenCurrnt.io is a platform that is seeking to help people monetize and collaborate with others in a decentralized way that cuts out the centralized web 2.0 middleman.

Episode 128 - Scratching my head over them Ape NFT’s
Monday May 09, 2022
Monday May 09, 2022
Good morning! This morning I attempted to look at the whole Bored Ape phenomenon. I gave my limited perspective on them. Personally, I don't understand all the fomo about this NFT project and the new metaverse launching around it, but what do I know? People seems to be paying big bucks to be a part of it. What do I know? Guess I'll just go clock in at work.

Good morning! It is a casual morning for me. There is nothing really specific I highlight in this episode as I gloss over an article that talks about 7 key takeaways of Sergey Nazarov of Chainlink's interview with Ash Bennnington. It leads me to tangents and anecdotes.

Good morning! Please excuse my long rant in the beginning. But hey, I do get alot of influence from morning radio shock-jock DJ's! I just needed to get fired up this morning to start my day. This morning I reflect on climate change, bitcoin mining FUD, power baseloads, energy districts, stranded energy, MintGreen.co green mining company, "green" Bitcoin and what that could look like.

Episode 124 - Closing the fresh knowledge gap with web 3.0 and OpenCurrnt.io
Thursday Apr 28, 2022
Thursday Apr 28, 2022
In this episode I interview Tom O'Malley, Founder of OpenCurrnt.io and CEO of Currnt.com. Here we discuss the knowledge gap and how to close it using web 3.0. An example of the knowledge gap is the disparity between the traditional institutions and the ground level of innovation that happens with everyday people in the online communities. How do you tap into the info that some person in an online community knows and be able to curate that knowledge to be used for product development and market research? Web 3.0 allows the creators of that knowledge to be able to share while still owning their ideas. OpenCurrnt.io is creating a platform to be able to facilitate this knowledge-sharing economy by allowing innovators to form DAOs and tokenize their ideas. In this interview Tom explains this very well.

Episode 123 - Web 2 becoming ”cheugie” and web 3 is here to save the day
Tuesday Apr 26, 2022
Tuesday Apr 26, 2022
Good morning! This morning I ramble gloriously. I talk about Elon Musk and Twitter, decentralized and web 3 media, the word cheugie and the "cheugieness" of the .com URL's and where the .xyz domains came from to save the internet from "cheugieness".

Saturday Apr 23, 2022
Saturday Apr 23, 2022
Good morning and happy SaTURDay! This morning I ramble on about how I am doing until the 14:42 mark. Then, I eventually get tp the point and talk about NFT and how they can be used for community gating, building, and special access to secret and paid content. I take a surface-level look at NFTPortal.xyz and Unlock Protocol.

Episode 121 - Some morning crypto thoughts on Bitcoin mining and hosting
Tuesday Apr 19, 2022
Tuesday Apr 19, 2022
Good morning! This morning I spend my usual time rambling and I end up looking a little bit at the Compass Mining website as I learn a bit about Bitcoin miner hosting services and different types of Bitcoin mining. One subject I am really interested in is how proof of work miners are making steps to optimize mining for lower energy usage. With the incredible amount of FUD attacks being put out against Bitcoin and proof of work mining, I think it is important to look at the side being attacked and try to find the pros and cons and grey areas on both sides.

In this episode I speak with the team at The Cafe DAO. This DAO seeks to take DAOs beyond the screen of web3 and implement the structure into the form coffee shops. Coffee shops have for centuries been the place where new ideas and experimentation have happened and the pattern continues here with this team exploring different options and ways of thinking when doing business. Can a brick and mortar business really be run as a DAO with a flat structure with code at the center instead of in a traditional top down hierarchical manner? Is this just another way of doing a collective, collab, or coop? What are the legal implications? We discuss these topics among many others in this quick 40 interview!
